Benjamin D. Levine, MD, is Professor of Radiology at UCLA Ronald Reagan Medical Center, UCLA Santa Monica Medical Center and Orthopedic Hospital, and the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA. He specializes in musculoskeletal imaging with particular expertise in musculoskeletal ultrasound, sports injury, and orthopedic oncology. He is Director of both Musculoskeletal Ultrasound and the Elite Sports Imaging Program in the Department of Radiological Sciences at UCLA.

Dr. Bradley Lamm is Chief of Foot and Ankle Surgery at St. Mary’s Medical Center and The Palm Beach Children’s Hospital. He is the Director of the Foot & Ankle Deformity Center and Fellowship at the Paley Orthopedic & Spine Institute. Dr. Lamm is a board-certified Foot and Ankle Surgeon and a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons (ACFAS).
Dr. Lamm is known globally for his expertise in treating foot and ankle deformities. Throughout his over 20-year career, Dr. Lamm has been awarded numerous grants, published medical research in national and international journals (with over 100 book chapters and peer review research articles), conducted multiple clinical trials and has participated as an invited lecturer at hundreds of conferences. Dr. Lamm is the editor of the Journal of Foot & Ankle Surgery and a peer reviewer for various medical journals.
Dr. Lamm is an expert in treating ankle disorders with cutting edge treatments including total ankle replacement. He has extensive experience in joint distraction, a technique which uses external fixation to preserve ankle and toe joints. Dr. Lamm has developed a revolutionary technique for minimally invasive bunion surgery. He also performs limb saving surgery for the diabetic Charcot foot and bone infections. Dr. Lamm developed a classification and surgical treatment to lengthen metatarsals and toes for patients with brachymetatarsia.
Every year since 2010, Dr. Lamm has been voted "Top Doctor" by Palm Beach Illustrated, Jupiter, and Baltimore Magazines and he appeared on the television show, “The Doctors” to discuss foot and toe lengthening surgery. He is a Rotation Director and Adjunct Professor at Harvard Medical School and has trained many doctors from across the United States and Internationally. Dr. Lamm provides each patient with a customized treatment plan and the latest medical techniques.

Daniel Albershardt, MD is a board-certified anesthesiologist specializing in perioperative medicine and regional anesthesia for the management of both acute and chronic pain, currently practicing at Pearl Plastic Surgery in Olympia, WA, where he serves as the Medical Director of the Ambulatory Surgery Center. Under his leadership, the center has maintained a same-day case cancellation rate of less than 0.2% for multiple consecutive years.
Dr. Albershardt is an expert in ultrasound-guided regional anesthesia and personally performs more than 750 peripheral nerve block procedures annually. He also oversees a highly successful perioperative surgical home, optimizing patient outcomes through a multidisciplinary, evidence-based approach. In addition to his clinical practice, he serves as the Vice-Chair of the Perioperative Medicine Special Interest Group for the American Society of Regional Anesthesia and Pain Medicine (ASRA).
