Luke D. Cicchinelli, DPM, FACFAS
Dr. Luke Cicchinelli, DPM, is the Chief Medical Director with over 30 years’ experience both domestically and internationally as a podiatric surgeon, consultant, speaker, and educator in sports medicine, reconstructive surgery of the foot and ankle, and diabetes limb salvage, including 28 years as a lead surgeon on humanitarian missions in pediatric surgery in Central and South America. His wife, Dr. Devonne Roman, DPM is also a podiatrist and they have worked together in private practice and he as a consultant surgeon in multiple clinics throughout the US, Spain and the European Union as well as Saudia Arabia, and Australia. He has been a senior consultant in medical education and product invention and development throughout North America and EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa). Dr. Cicchinelli is a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons (USA), a Fellow of the Australasian College of Podiatric Surgery (Australia) and Colegiado in Galicia and Austurias (Spain). Dr. Cicchinelli and Dr. Roman have 3 children: Angelica 24, Estela 21 and Gianluca 19, currently studying and living between Spain and the United States.

Paul D. Dayton, DPM, MS, FACFAS
Dr. Dayton practices at Foot & Ankle Center of Iowa and Bunion Surgery Specialists. Dr. Dayton earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Arizona State University and a Master of Science degree and doctor of podiatric medicine degree from the California College of Podiatric Medicine. He completed a residency at Kaiser Permanente Hospital in Santa Clara, California. Dr. Dayton is a fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and a diplomate of the American Board of Podiatric Surgery. He has held multiple clinical and administrative appointments throughout his career and has served as section editor for the Journal of Foot and Ankle Surgery for the past eight years. He has co-authored many peer-reviewed journal articles and book chapters and has presented numerous national and international lectures. Recently he published a textbook, Bunion Surgery: An Evidence-Based Approach.

Michelle L. Butterworth, DPM, FACFAS
Dr. Butterworth attended the Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine, followed by a surgical residency at the University of Pennsylvania Health Systems/Presbyterian Medical Center. She currently lives in Kingstree, Sc and is employed by the Medical University of South Carolina.
Dr. Butterworth is a Past President of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. She is currently the President-Elect for the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery (ABFAS). She is also Chairman of their Communications Committee and a member of the Exam Prep Task Force and Credentials Committee.
